LookMyDish is an augmented reality restaurant menu platform that allows restaurants to:

  • Create digital menus with 3D dish models
  • Generate QR codes for table placement
  • Enable customers to view dishes in AR on their devices
  • Track analytics and customer interactions

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Pricing may vary by region. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Fees are charged in advance for the billing period
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of the period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (menu items, images, 3D models, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us:

  • A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content
  • The right to use your content to provide and improve the Service
  • The right to use your restaurant name and logo for marketing purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to compete with LookMyDish

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LookMyDish and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookMyDish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or failures
  • Errors or omissions in content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LookMyDish harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data.

12. Governing Law
